    Group workshops

Workshop: Tatting for BeginnersDiscover the heritage craft of tatting in this beginner-friendly workshop. Tatting is a lace-making technique built from beautifully structured stitches — rings, chains and picots — that come together to create delicate lace.In this 1 hour 30 minute session, you'll learn needle tatting at a larger scale using a big needle and Aran wool, making the stitch structure easy to see and understand — the perfect foundation for finer thread work or traditional shuttle tatting later on.You'll leave with your own tatted motif to take home, plus the skills to keep going — whether that's finer materials, shuttle tatting, or just tatting for fun.No prior experience required — everyone's welcome. 💝
